Christmas Losers Challenge Week 6

Back on Track this week! I weighed in at 157.6, a 1.4 pound loss. Great week. I also show you how to make Kashi Crunch cookies, a yummy treat to have around the holidays (or any day!). special note about the cookies: I recommend only cooking them for 10 minutes. for chewier cookies microwave for 15 seconds before eating cookies that have been stored:)
