This video is requested by FFVIIFanatic. My Squall is lv100, The only new moves he gains are Mystic Flurry and Rough Divide. Squall can definatly hit top tier now because of his new upgrades. Squall is my secondary character so i know how to use him in some way. I used some moves at the wrong time to show what can deflect what. Anyway here ya go Fanatic.
