Volunteers build Inukshuks at Van Horne Landing in Dryden. Dryden welcomes the Olympic Flame on January 4. Over 350 ice blocks were provided by freezing water in blue boxes....then a group of volunteers provided a truck, chain saw and muscle and started cutting lake ice! All that's left now is final carving and coloring!

It is only accessible by plane or boat (as far as I know... and mostly its air travel), as there are no roads leading into the arctic landscape ...
