Just another update-please read description
sorry about all the camera movement guys and the chest not looking to great..noticed after i made the video. But the video's pretty simple...i just want to say i that DO NOT take steroids, pro hormones, or testosterone boosters i consider them cheating unless you're in a bodybuilding competition where you practically have to in order to keep up. if you want to know supplements im taking just send me a message and i can let you know whats worked for me. thanks for watchin ... pack abs flexing ...
