Här går biskop Abdullahad igenom Synodens beslut. Enligt synoden skall alla egendomar i Belgien, Frankrike och Luxemburg registreras över till Patriarkatet. När detta har skett kommer biskop Hazail Soumi avgå som biskop i Belgien, MEN samtidigt säger biskop Abdullahad att om biskop Hazail Soumi ändå vill stanna kan han göra det. Detta betyder att Synoden bryter sitt eget löfte!
