Scuba at Stoney Cove 22nd Nov 2009, Defiant, Stanegarth and Bus.
Dive at Stoney Cove. Did two in the day, one to the Hydrobox (too dark and murky for video) then a second which was videoed with us on the Bus, the Stanegarth and the Defiant and then delploying an SMB. 9 degree water and visibility 10-12 meters at times. Great Dive. Shot on a Canon IXUS 850is.

Resting by a Caudale Beck waterfall near Caudale Bridge after our epic walk around High Street, Thornthwaite Crag and Stony Cove Pike we all chill out. It was well deserved and judging by the expressions on my colleagues faces it was most needed. After this chill out moment we made our way back to Hartsop via a detour alongside Brothers Water. In this clip we see Steve and Dave negotiating their way up Thresthwaite Crag on the lower part of Stony Cove Pike before I zoom the camera out to sight Mardale Ill Bell which we may have done on a better day. Stoney Cove Firework Display
Stoney Cove is a diving centre in Leicestershire, This year (and most years) they put on a firework display. The site used to be a open pit quarry and so the sound reverberates around the walls with fireworks launched from all angles !. Very spectacular and a must see if in Leicestershire during a November.
