January 4, 2010 - my first week's results from eating low-carb/high-fat are great, as I have lost 10 pounds (4.5 kg, .7 stone). My plan is simple, as I limit my intake of carbs to 10 grams per day; additionally, I eat cheese, meat, cook in butter or oil, as fat is satiating. Why eat fat? We put the thing up and could fire a first shot with about 70 kg counterweight (4* 17.5kg slabs of stone). The projectile was a cobble stone of precisely 1.5 kg.
