January 4, 2010 - my first week's results from eating low-carb/high-fat are great, as I have lost 10 pounds (4.5 kg, .7 stone). My plan is simple, as I limit my intake of carbs to 10 grams per day; additionally, I eat cheese, meat, cook in butter or oil, as fat is satiating. Why eat fat?
