Pretzel to Scorpion - advice please!
It's really hard to get into the pretzel pose from an aerial position, so my entrance is really rough. It is so much easier from the floor! If any of you can lend me some tips about getting the reverse grab from an aerial position on the spinning pole it would be much appreciated!
