I can't find any real information about these three short films, the year, the performers, nothing. I put the word "latin" in quotes in the title as I suspect that many (maybe all) of the performers in these are not Mexican or Latin, but white. I believe these were probably filmed in the mid to late forties, around a time when America was obsessed with Latin rhythms.
