An enthusiastic volunteer group from the British Butterfly Conservation led by Nigel, together with hungarian volunteers from Sopron University and the staff of the Fertő-Hanság National Park worked on the management of the Hidegseg hay meadow to make corridors for the maculinea butterflies between the separated mosaic patches.
