It's a good assistance movement for hockey and basketball players who need to remain in a bent over position for long periods of time. Glad I posted this video. I managed to knock out 2 sets after this with the 205 for 3 reps the 2nd set and barely able to do another 2 the 3rd and final set. Then lowered the weight down a bit to perform 3 sets of 4 followed my 135 LBS at 6 reps for another 3 sets wide and close grip.
