In this lesson we use the rice noodles that were left over from the pad thai lesson to make a Chinese Beef with Rice Noodles. One package of the marinated beef strips is too much for the noodles so we also prep a little of the beef for fried rice to show how you can save time by stir frying two dishes at the same time as both of these dishes keep very well in the fridge to use for another nights meal!
