In June 2009 I travelled to Seoul, Korea, and stayed in my friend's apartment. Fluorescent lightbulbs are used to light the apartment. One lightbulb when switched on continued to turn off and on in a constant rhythmic pattern.

Tried to create as many tonal contrasts as possible in this one, too much pedaling blurs the the rhythmic configurations in the left hand so I've gone for a drier approach which gives it a lot more drive. A fantastic piece to play and listen too. There is one horrible wrong bass note towards the end but what the .....k who cares the general idea is there!!!
