James Taylor wrote "Copperline" from recollections of growing up in the hills of North Carolina. I've always been taken by how very visual the song is. The words and instrumentation just take you out of yourself and into a nostalgic daydream. Most of the elements in the painting correspond directly to a lyric in this fantastic song. Gotta love JT!
