73,141, DEMU 1001, 73,213 and 73,212 arrives at Windsor and Eton Riverside
Eton Riverside, branch, and due to rotten sleepers the track spread under the wait of 73141 and 1001's powercar, Tunbridge Wells nearly came off the rails! For the next 3 1/2 hours, we watched a waited for something to happen, at network rail staff gasbagged and drank coffee while deciding what to do, in the end, I left them, and as I write this, as far as I am aware the train is seen sitting there at Windsor! Maybe tonight if the Queen has nothing to do, she could do down to the station ...
