Workout - Day #3

This footage has been harder for me to post than I would've thought. I used iMovie to put the clips from my ipod nano and photo booth together and it took forever to get it on here. If anyone has any tips please leave a comment. Today was day #3 of DeStormTV's 21 day workout. Today I ran 3 miles and did 3 sets of pushups, dips, abs, and pullups.
