Phangan island is so beautiful that not many tourists know about it. Most of the travel agencies of Phuket makes their packages and cover Phang na as if it is within the Phuket, but the fact is that Phang na itself is so much beautiful and it is just 1 hour from Phuket and almost same distance from Bangkok as far as Phuket is concerned, ie 10 hour by bus and 1 hour by plane. This is a local park at Phang nga province near city bus stand.
