I did some research on the question about peppermint oil and Menthol oil applied to the scalp to encourage growth. When I say research I do not mean a Google search I mean looking at medical literature and controlled studies on Pubmed.com or Ovid. I found a study that basically showed that the people who applied the cream with menthol vs. placebo showed increased skin temperature and blood flow in the skin and muscle.
