This isn't supposed to be some flashy showy video, this is me after year 1 of training for parkour. I had a lot of fun filming and putting this together. And It's always nice to see how you've progressed at the end of the year. In the video are tips of what I've learned through training that maybe might help any up and coming Traceurs out there.
