The Germans wanted to achieve a quick capitulation of the Netherlands at the beginning of World War II, in 1940. That's why they dropped paratroopers at vital points all around The Hague. One of those vital points was the small village of Ockenburg with its airfield. While German Junkers Ju-52 airplanes where dropping the soldiers, the Dutch did everything to stop them.
