meeting Jim Kirk. We timeskip a little, to Kirk's Captain-ship ceremony, where they suddenly get interrupted by some kind of transmission from Olduvai, the facility on Mars that has been dead for 200 years, or so they thought. We skip to scenes of the crew arguing about what is down there and the best way to go through with their mission. The last transmission from Phobos 2 was a photograph of a gigantic cylindrical spaceship - a huge, apporx, 20km long, 1.5km diameter cigar-shaped 'mothership', that was photographed on 25 March 1989 hanging or parked next to the Martian moon Phobos by the Soviet unmanned sonde Phobos 2. After that last frame was radio-transmitted back to Earth, the probe mysteriously disappeared; according to the Russians it was destroyed - possibly knocked out with an energy pulse beam. The cigar shaped ...

This video is the first one I'm uploading to this evergrowing playlist about the Russian Phobos Missions to Mars and the mysteries, incidents, controversies and all the uptades to what really happened. Phobos 1 was launched on July 7, 1988 and Phobos 2 on July 12, 1988, each aboard a Proton-K rocket. They each had a mass of 2600 kg (6220 kg with orbital insertion hardware attached). Both probes suffered from critical failures for reasons unknown.

astronomy and meteorology being carried out daily in the station's microgravity environment. The station also provides a safe testing location for efficient, reliable spacecraft systems that will be required for long-duration missions to the Moon and Mars. The ISS and its experiments are operated by long-duration Expedition crews, with the station being continuously staffed since the first resident crew, Expedition 1, arrived on 2 November 2000. This has provided an uninterrupted human ...

Hello good people of Earth And finally here's part 6 of that 1958 sci-fi audio-B classic film called "IT! The Mad Maniac Monster of Mars", a real rare film for those who are tired of the same old crappy movies to watch. I guess you could best compare this film as put to the same treatment as Woody Allen's "What's Up Tiger Lily". Well I did the same thing and bought a little seen 1958 Japanese sci-fi audio-B film called "Mars Could Be A Dangerous Place To Go", and redubbed all the vocals ...
