Good workout,hit two PR's.Just missed 290 lbs,had it more than 3/4 of the way up...just missed the lockout.Definitely next time maybe even 295 lbs.

Start with a weight that is not easy, but not too difficult. The last exercise should be tiresome. You should do 3 sets of each exercise, adding 10lbs after each set. Bicep Curl - 10 Reps Military Press - 10 Reps Hang Clean to Squat - 5 Reps 3-Way Clean - 5 Reps Targets entire body and is very effective for wrestlers or mma fighters. It is more of a conditioning circuit, so I don't worry about having perfect form. Just get the weight up and move on to the next exercise. Keep break in between ...
