Update 12-15-09. My man friend had surgery so I haven't made a VLOG in a few days. I start back on P2 Christmas Eve. I weighed 225# the other night. My last weight on 12-4-09 was 219.6#. My LIW was 222# so I'm up a few pounds. Not going to worry about it right now. Don't have time to beat myself up too much!!
