Many players and spectators were transported to area hospital for possible CO poisoning while watching/playing a hockey game at the Center Ice Arena in Glen Ellyn. It's being reported that as many as 42 people were treated at the scene by paramedics.

ALITH Fire had to call a MABAS 2-Alarm Box again at Westfield School when teachers and students reported getting sick from fumes inside the school. It was initially reported that as many as 17 students and adults would need to be transported. Unknown what the actual number was at this time.
