Toledo City Council voted to approve the land swap between Toledo Public Schools and the city of Toledo during its Tuesday meeting. The proposed swap includes the Bowman Park property and the land where Longfellow Elementary School stands. Toledo Public Schools Superintendent John Foley said the councils decision is good news for the district.
