This video was recorded several months ago, about half way through the modification and improvement process. Power is picked up strictly from axle 1 and 3 on the locomotive. The wires from loco to the first car connect the decoder. Using the DZ123 at this time, however eventually will be replaced with the TSC Z2 which will fit (yes, I've measured and fit scale mock up of the decoder) inside the locomotive cab. ... The 2 empty cars just behind the locomotives mark the end of an era for our local industry. Bowater, the local sawmill, permanently ceased operations on November 3rd. Another 70+ jobs gone from the area. :-( M715 Job

A Lionel O Scale train set dating from the late 40s or early 50s running under the christmas tree after practically 60 years of continuous use and abuse. Probably hasn't been oiled once! The locomotive is built like a tank out of all metal and if you look closely you can see the sparks flashing under it due to the worn out electrical pickups.
