Alec, Mark, Paul & Phil do the Fairfield Horseshoe walk in the Lake District, Cumbria on 29th August 2009. The walk is 10 miles long and it took us a steady 7 hours to complete. The 3 main peaks are Fairfield (873m), Great Rigg (766m) & Heron Pike (612m). It was a hard climb/walk for sure and the weather was constantly changing, sunny one minute and peeing down the next.
