The King Khan & BBQ Show is a Canadian Garage rock duo from Montreal, Quebec who mix doo-wop and punk. The band is composed of former Spaceshits bandmates Mark Sultan and Blacksnake, alias King Khan. Mark Sultan, under the pseudonym BBQ, contributes vocals, guitar, tambourine, bass drum, and snare drum, while King Khan provides lead guitar and vocals.

KK & BBQ have truly refined what they do on this album, and I'm sad it's not getting as much props as it should. The music still takes heavy references from rock's past, but Invisible Girl is totally 2009. This LP is a solid, fun, raunchy, dirty piece of work. Sultan went on to start another popular Montreal-based band, Les Sexareenos, before venturing off on his own as a one-man band under the pseudonym BBQ. As BBQ, Sultan re-established contact with Khan, playing alongside his new band, King Khan & the Shrines.
