www.ipole.tv playing around on the pole. added a couple lil things, the reverse straight edge. gotto get a better grip on that one, easy to slip...a 1 handed, front/back hook combo, don't know why i tried that but it works lol, and a couple 1st attempts (sloppy but still attempted), pretzel on pole, drop....i've gotto grasp a more graceful way to get into that 1, lol, will work on that when i can. xoxoxo rock on pole divas!!! came up with in my nutty lil brain, is doing a superman, and falling into a shoulder split (shoulder mount splitz, whatever) lol. it's very difficult and hard on the shoulder. only attempted it once, will try again tonight.
