Hydro scarifying Liberty Tunnel in Pittsburgh. Project is ARRA funded and is being done by Penn DOT to rehabilitate the tunnel walls and arch. After deep repairs have been jack hammered out, an Ultra High Pressure Hydrodemolition Robot scarifies the surface to remove an old epoxy coating.
