Odd Oblvion Glitch

So i loaded up Oblivion one day, i decided i was going to grind my hand to hand skill. then when i punched my summoned Xivillai he randomly falls every single time as if i paralyzed him. I was playing on my xbox 360 so this isnt any mod, i went to my active effects list to show that it wasnt anything i had equipped, and my hand to hand skill was only 36. ...
