patient had a car accident. The premaxilla was built up with a ramus bone graft. Two implants were inserted. A bicortical anchoradge was obtained in order to increase the stability. 6 months after implants placement, the patient started to complain about nasal pain. A rhiniscopy has shown an abcess. It was decided to remove tha implant. the video shows how to remove an osseointegrated implant with a minimal trauma.
