'Eternity' Sydney 1930 - 2009 Daniel Kojta & Kalani Gacon

During 1930's Sydney depression era an unknown man marked the first graffiti that fed an urban legend to this day celebrated as the first 'tag'. The word 'Eternity' appeared on walls, footpaths, and buildings throughout metropolitan Sydney and surrounding suburbs. Written in chalk and beautifully scribed in a cursive font, the word achieved an iconic status said to inspire hope in thousands going through the difficult economic times of the depression.
