, instead of chicken thighs, he gets ground turkey necks (which are sold as dog food by one of our local butchers). Then, for his second meal of the day, he gets beef - usually whatever the cheapest roast is that we can find on sale....we have the butcher cut it into meal-sized strips. And he does get frequent "table scraps" when we're eating something raw that's on his diet. He also loves raw milk, so when we have that on hand, he gets a special treat :)
