I saw Shelly's tutorial pop into the in-box this morning before work. I didn't have time to watch it then--but I got to work on her suggestions as soon as I got home Friday night. I had a series of clips documenting my work on the cross knee, supported plank (The Lara, LOL!) I finally did let go of that upper arm!
