235 x 9 reps close grip lat pulldown
Cycle 4, week 3, 5/3/1 close grip lat pulldowns. Awesome finish to cycle 4, this exercise I have been going pretty strong at despite 4 cycles. It will probably be a while before I fail at these. I am not leaving until I get 300 for 1 rep which is the whole stack, I just have always wanted to rack it!
