This is part 3 of my video diary of the repair of my PE - Operation was the Ravitch Procedure, done in Swansea, South Wales, UK (20th Oct 2009) Still get aches but the improvements week by week are amazing. Today i can sit up in bed without pulling myself, im amazed with this...lol, feels tight at bottom of ribs/stomach muscles but no pain !!! Im so on the mend, after one month its great, not sure when i will do another video maybe 6 months post op. Anyway i hope these videos has helped many ...

This was taken on the sat the op was on the Tuesday. Op went well, firsy 2-3 days after werent very nice, but day 4 and 5 and so on big aprovements. its day 7 now and im home.

This is my Pectus Excavatum, I am having the Ravitch Procedure done on Tuesday in Morriston Hospital in Swansea, s.wales, UK. As im 35yrs old i think this procedure is recommended over the Nuss Bar. I read about it and looks alot better. Will post more videos after my op. Wish me luck !!!!
