was green for around 30 or so minutes. 101 was going to head back to Galesburg after finishing its work here, we just did not know when. All of a sudden the signal turns yellow for 101. Some light switching on the IAIS RR in Council Bluffs IA. This Video was shot sitting at S 3rd & 17th Ave on the North side of the IAIS RR yards right at dusk (almost dark out). Loco #601 (GP38) and #650 (Slug) setting a few empty tank cars out on the siding. Notice the lack of Dynamic Brakes and the placement of the horn.
