Lying Dumbell Rows at Home

Lying rows are a great exercise for your lats, as they eliminate most of the problems you might encounter when doing rows by kneeling on a chair or by bending over and using two dumbbells. At a gym they are done with a bench, but if you work out at home and don't have one you have to improvise.
