Brent Cyclists took part in the Wave, Stop Climate Chaos demonstration in London on 5 December 2009. At Speakers Corner in Hyde Park we listened to Simon Hughes, Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament, before joining the march at Grosvenor Square outside the American embassy. A man dressed in a polar bear outfit made his own demonstration within a demonstration outside the Canadian embassy. The march then encircled Parliament and at 3pm climaxed in a wave.
