President Bill Clinton took part in a panel discussion on World AIDS Day, hosted by the Clinton Foundation and the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP), at Columbia Universitys Mailman School of Public Health. President Clinton was joined by Dr. Wafaa El-Sadr, Director ICAP, Stephen Lewis, co-director of AIDS-Free World, and other distinguished panelists to address the global and domestic state of HIV/AIDS.
