! KEEP ON getting better! FOOD is an ADDICTION for many of us (it is oftentimes for me and it is difficult to deal with, as unlike drugs, we actually DO NEED to eat!) REMEMBER to reach for the REAL, LIVING & WHOLE FOODS! Not any of those chemical-laden fake foods... Rather than telling you what to NOT eat, I would simply just love to see everyone EATING MORE FRUIT & VEGETABLES! Who can argue with that? WE ALL NEED MORE FRUITS & VEGGIES, RIGHT? KIDS, TEENS, ADULTS, SENIORS...EVERYONE! ...
