Just what the title says...the top sets for each of my lifts today. Notes: * Depth on squats is a little borderline. Given the nature of what I'm doing (pausing), I'm not wildly concerned about this. It actually just implies my hamstrings are wicked tight. * Bench looks a little shaky, mostly because my bench in the basement is fairly wobbly. * The squat and chins are technically PR's at my bodyweight (~170).
