bluescreen Videos

I don't know whats wrong with it but i always get this screen with the green lines. I think it's a graphic card failure and i always get the Blue Screen of Death. Even when I do get to use the my desktop when I open a window or program I get funky squares and lines and my computer restarts. I hope it 's just a graphic card problem and not motherboard.
