This is me, testing my blood sugar after my morning workout. I have type 2 diabetes that I control with diet (veggie!) and exercise (treadmill!). I was diagnosed in September of 2008. I keep my blood sugar under 90 (fasting) and under 120 (2hrs post-prandial). Check out diabetesmiracle.com
