Today is my first day of the 12 week challenge. I will end on March 1 2009 (12 weeks today!). Starting stats are 161 lbs, 31.9% body fat, 30 inch waist, 35.5 inch hips and bust, 11 inch bicep and 20 inch thigh. I wear a size 8 and want to be in a size 6, around 25 % body fat, and lose overall 5 inches (hopefully none on the bust!!)
