water (110-115˚F) 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1/4 cup honey (x2) 2 tbsp butter, melted 1/2 tbsp salt 3.5 cups flour Put yeast into large bowl. Pour water over yeast and add 1/4 cup honey.
