The FoV NM in Valkurm Dunes, Blue Bascinet. In order to spawn it you need to have the Elite Training Regime key item Chapter 1. Which can be purchased at any Field Manual for 150 Tabs. You will also need either eight Beastmen Seals, 400 Gil or a piece of equipment up to level 20. You can spawn it at E/D-7 in Valkurm Dunes at the Field Parchment.
