Two things I see here. One, the team moving backwards the most is the team losing. Therefore, try not to move backwards when the high backhand volley is being hit to the net player. Two, GO BACKWARDS when someone is hitting an overhead at you. I see this a lot at the 4.0 level and down. The bigger hitters at higher levels will aim towards the closes player.
