3-4 chicken breasts, boneless 1 Tbl. vegetable oil 8 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. honey 1/3 c. limon juice 1 Tbl. mustard 1 tsp. soy sauce put chicken into crockpot. Combine all other ingredients; pour over chicken. Cook for 4 hours.

pistachio flavored sugar-free pudding mix 2 c. fat free milk nectarines (I used canned mandarin orange slices) nonfat strawberry yogurt Simply mix pudding according to instructions on box; how much you use will depend on the size of bowl. I did have some left over. Put pudding in bottom of dish. Layer orange slices and then strawberry yogurt. Refrigerate until you serve.

Boneless beef chuck roast salt/pepper italian seasonings garlic, chopped large can tomatoes sliced, pitted kalamata olives beef boullion cubes pearl onions, parboiled I don't list exact measurements on this recipe because I didn't use any. I just eye-balled it. Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours. I served this over brown rice.

2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken, but into 1/2 in. pieces 1 can stewed tomatoes 3 c. cubed butternut squash 2 md. bell peppers, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 c. water salt/pepper 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp coriander 2 Tbl parsley Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook for 6-7 hours. This can be served alone or perhaps on some hot couscous if desired; great either way.

Cube chicken and add to pot. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, stir and then reduce to low heat for 1 hour.
